Meet Dr. Z
A Chiropractor Who Listens, Explains, and Keeps Care Practical.
Dr. Dale Zagiba’s path to chiropractic started with a fascination for movement and a desire to help people get to the cause of pain instead of simply covering it up.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from East Carolina University, where he graduated magna cum laude. Before chiropractic school, he worked with Duke University’s Live for Life program. After losing his mother unexpectedly while preparing to apply to medical school, he chose a more preventive, hands-on direction in healthcare and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida.
After graduating, Dr. Z trained in a chiropractic and sports rehabilitation office in Raleigh before moving to Colorado and opening Littleton Family Chiropractic. His background in exercise physiology shapes the way he combines adjustments, movement, rehabilitation, and soft-tissue care.
Dr. Z and his wife, Lindsie, are raising two sons in Colorado. Outside the office, he enjoys cycling, camping, softball, family adventures, and playing through their collection of more than 500 board games. He also has a soft spot for NJ and NY-style pizza and the occasional Saturday watching cartoons with his family.
Services
Care That Works Together
We choose the right mix of hands-on care and active recovery for your body, your goals, and your daily life.
For whiplash, headaches, neck pain, back pain, stiffness, and other post-crash symptoms. Care may combine adjustments, massage, and rehab in one coordinated recovery plan.
Useful when weakness, poor movement patterns, or recurring strain keep symptoms active. Targeted exercises help rebuild support, control, and confidence outside the office.
May help when the spine feels compressed, stiff, or difficult to move. Gentle traction and mobility work are chosen around your exam findings and tolerance.
For tight, sore, or guarded muscles that limit movement. Soft-tissue techniques and massage can support adjustments by helping the surrounding muscles relax and move more comfortably.
Gentle, age-appropriate care supports comfort and movement through pregnancy and childhood. Every technique is adjusted for the patient’s size, needs, and comfort.
